About Paul

Paul Gunderson, while raised in the church, did not receive Jesus as his personal Lord and Messiah until the end of his junior year in high school where he had a Damascus Road experience at a weekend event sponsored by Campus Crusade for Christ.  He became a guest speaker for several Campus Crusade for Christ events and helped establish the need for a high school student division for Campus Crusade.  While still a senior in high school in 1970, Paul began a lifetime of working in youth ministry where he served as a student counselor at “The Cell Block”, the youth ministry of Our Redeemer’s Lutheran Church in Eau Claire,WI.

Paul Sharing in India

Paul began a career in the U.S. Air Force in 1971 and retired in 1991.  He spent almost 17 of his 20 years of military service in Asia (Taiwan, Korea, Philippines and Okinawa, Japan) where he continued working with teenagers through the base chapel system and local congregations.  Over the  last several years, Paul has had the privilege of sharing the Gospel of our Lord and ministering not just in the United States, but also in China, Guatemala, Okinawa, Japan, South Korea, India, Nepal, and the Philippines.

Paul completed his undergraduate degree from Bethel College in St Paul, MN and received a Master of Theology degree and ordination from the Minnesota Graduate School of Theology. Paul is currently pursuing a doctorate in Messianic Judaism.  Paul is also an ordained member of the International Ministerial Fellowship. He is a graduate of Rhema Bible College.
